I've been using Enterprise regularly for a few years now; the staff are all extremely personable and helpful and the cars are always top notch. They offer a complimentary pickup service and are open at reasonable hours which makes them very convenient. The best hire company by a country mile.

I had to write a review for Enterprise Rent-a-Car Hove, because the service so just soooooo good! Nothing was too much trouble including picking me up from home at the start of the hire period and dropping me home when I returned the car. Not only that, but I hired the car with a view of claiming the cost back from the insurance company, but we little information they managed to arrange to bill the third parties insurance company direct. Top class service!

Staff are pleasant and trying their hardest but there's not enough of them and it's generally chaotic. I've visited three times and received my car within 15, 30, and 100 minutes of walking in the door. During the waits I've witnessed some pretty angry customers and some stressed staff, where it was obvious that delays weren't the only problem. Having said that, I've always got what I paid for or something better and the staff on the desk aren't the ones at fault and deserve praise for doing their best under trying circumstances.

Fantastic customer service and very reasonable prices - all their cars are very high spec too. We use them all the time, would recommend.
