Exchanged a helmet I purchased from Evans online, I should of gone straight to the store in hindsight. The guys at the shop were more than helpful in sorting me out with a better fitting helmet and at a cheaper price than the original and also a trouble free exchange. Very friendly and helpful service.
Just bought a bike through Evans and am very happy. The bike is great and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Especially Matt and Eloise. They are taking a lot of time to get all your questions answered and your bike just right for you.

Simply the best bike shop in Brighton. The staff know there stuff. And they have an amazing stock of obscure bearings and even when they didn’t have one spent time to find out exactly what it was and where to find it. Couldn’t recommend highly enough
Took grandson and bike to get it serviced, looked like it had been rescued from the trash, I was embarrassed to ask them to work on it Collected it today and it is as new, well almost - cleaned - few parts replaced - adjusted - and all for a great price. I used to use the shop years ago. Got his dad a racing bike and liked so much I got one for me too. Great Service.
