Affirm Counselling

24 Buxton Rd, Brighton BN1 5DE, UK – 01273 507130

Fran is a very empathetic, insightful and obviously highly experienced and qualified therapist. She's helping me address issues that are longstanding and have been painful to confront. I feel that her guidance and practical tips on coping with the sometimes negative effects of processing my concerns are vital and I have learned (and am learning) tools to help with those patterns and symptoms. She is a strong, professional ally and I am very pleased I have come across someone like her on my personal journey to feeling better and living to my full potential. Mrs H.

I have known Fran for 35 years so this is more of a character reference than anything. She has been a loyal friend and been supportive at the right times. I feel anyone who has therapy with her will have a good experience.

Peter Hannah Counselling

63 Sandgate Rd, Brighton BN1 6JP, UK – 07967 276506

I came to Pete with two specific needs I wanted to address. Pete was flexible easy going, listening and honest. He follows a number of approaches and methods depending on the situation and the individual. Peter also was flexible with payments and session arrangements and this made things easier and doable. Many thanks Pete

Peter is a strong, skilled and empathic counsellor. Having known him professionally for the past five years, I have great respect for his work and for his commitment to learning and development of his professional skills. His insight and enthusiasm has been helpful to me in my work as a counsellor. For anyone seeking counselling in Brighton, I believe Peter would be an excellent choice.
