Exchanged a helmet I purchased from Evans online, I should of gone straight to the store in hindsight. The guys at the shop were more than helpful in sorting me out with a better fitting helmet and at a cheaper price than the original and also a trouble free exchange. Very friendly and helpful service.

Just bought a bike through Evans and am very happy. The bike is great and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Especially Matt and Eloise. They are taking a lot of time to get all your questions answered and your bike just right for you.

excellent service , couldn't of asked for better. Really knows his stuff spent ages on my bike. must of done 6/7 test rides and gear checks before neutralizing the problem; not being easy to sort. With a couple hours of time spent on it i was blown away with only being charged £5 and my bike being fixed! Top notch! Well done Aaron!!

Found Aaron after being surprised by the price quoted to me by another local bike shop for sorting out a buckled wheel. Very glad I did as Aaron showed top customer service, sorted the issue there and then, and charged far less. Totally recommend him. 👍

Looking to get a racing bike spending up £ 700. Please with the stock her they suggested some modifications for me because of my height 6 ft 4. Dutch ancestry ha. All in all satisfied. Delivery time next week. Chap was knowledgeable

I popped in with a gear problem that started whilst cycling to work. They found a sticky chain link, fixed it and adjusted the gears then refused to charge me. Great service, bike sorted. Really nice shop too.

Really helpful and friendly staff. Bicycles are reliable with 7 speeds and they come with a built-in lock. Absolutely best value for money in Brighton. Would definitely come back.

Great service, recommended an excellent route around the countryside. Lock is provided. The bike was made for casual riding (Amsterdammer) but it was in great shape and everything worked properly. They let me return the bike after hours, I locked it outside the store and dropped the key in the mail slot.

Great service and friendly staff. Good value for money and the location is great, you’re straight on the bike track along the seafront meaning you don’t need to cross any roads, which is great for kids
